A “Classic” Sumatra cup by all definitions. This 2008 lot is from the Lake Toba region. The coffee features mild acidity and a full body. As a typical Sumatra, the cup has an earthy, even woody hints to it. This is balanced out by creamy and pleasantly sweet caramels, and a peppery citrus aftertaste.
