Process

The process of a vacuum brewer is something you have to see to believe. Place the grinds in the top, water in the bottom and turn on the heat to start the process. The heating water is forced through the center tube up into the top, mixing with the grinds. The grinds are allowed to freely mix with the water, being stirred occasionally by the user, and after 4 minutes the Santos is removed from the heat source causing the extracted coffee to flow back down into the beaker, leaving the grinds at the top.
