This is one of the finest Indonesian coffees that have dropped into our roaster at Paravisini Coffee. The body is exceptionally thick, and buried in this full-bodied cup is an intensely pleasant flavor profile. A caramelized sugar flavor backdrops the whole cup with a smooth sweetness, allowing it to be roasted into Vienna without getting that “ashy” flavor that is typical of darker roasts. Dark fruit hints throughout the coffee remind you of the Indonesian origins. This is a great coffee to go alongside dark chocolate deserts, and does a great job of finishing off an exquisite dinner.
