An amazingly sweet and mild cup capturing the ideal for island coffees. The Kona Peaberry is roasted light to highlight the mellow sweetness, with a smooth and mild hint of nuttiness. Kona coffee is world-renowned for it’s distinct profile, and is considered by some to be the best type of coffee in the world. We would say it is at least the best an island coffee. Please note, due to the high price, we stock this coffee in very limited quantities.

When writing coffee reviews I try to avoid words like aromatic and delightful but I can’t with this Kona Peaberry.
From grinding to brewing to drinking you can’t avoid the nutty frangrance and the dark chocolate undertone.
As you sip the coffee the flavors start coming out. It starts with a more dark chocolate/almond flavor then you notice the higher fruity tones, and then they all come together for an incredible aftertaste that still lingers even half an hour after you finish your cup.
I questioned whether a pound of coffee could be worth the price, but hands down this is one of the best coffees that I have ever had (Second only to the Colombian Cup of Excellence I enjoyed a few years back).
