Single-Origin Coffee

Single-origin coffee is the primary focus of Paravisini Coffee Company. A single-origin coffee is simply a coffee that is from the same region, farm and harvest. Each single-origin coffee has it's own unique identity that is created by the varietal, climate, soil, and processing methods. Because of this, coffee is a continuously changing crop, and attempts to make a generic "blend" to mask the changing attributes of coffee usually do more harm than good. We believe it is our job to constantly be chasing down the latest and great crops, and to discover the roast profiles that highlight it's unique character.
