Refund/Return Policy
If your shipment is damaged in any way, and you would like to return it, we will refund the purchase amount on the credit card used for the purchase.
Simply repack the item(s) in its original packaging (if possible); be sure to include the packing slip, as this contains the information we will need to identify the order and issue a credit to the correct credit card. IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL OR A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP, NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED!

Shipping Policy
All orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of the order date, not including weekends and holidays.
We currently offer two methods of shipping on checkout, Customer Pick-Up and USPS. Customer Pick-Up is a free service provided to certain local customers. All other shipping goes through USPS and the shipping charges are calculated based on weight and size of the order directly through USPS. We do not charge any handling fees.
